FPS Game UI - Turbo Shooter
A mini game I built entirely in Unreal Engine 4. It is still a work in progress, but here is the initial play-through for the first level. It's a target shooter style game, with a few pickups/boosters and a damage system. Please keep in mind, that I am still a beginner in UE4 and still learning my way around it. My personal approach is learning by doing. I did the mesh placing, lighting, light bake, volumetric fog, level design, populating the level, post processing, all the pickups and the materials used, the backgrounds on the menu and all the assets for the menus, the information architecture and UX which was made into a functional UI (except the weapon), notifications and visual indicators for the time / speed boosts, the blueprints and basic game design principles.
Oh and I added tons of neon... like TONS of them!
This was created for pure fun, practice and learning UE4.
