Cormeum

Last year, I had the pleasure to design Cormeum, a medical app for heart failure patients.

The idea was to stray away from the usual practices for designing medical apps in a somewhat sterile and clean way.

We wanted Cormeum to be warm, inviting and easy to use. Small but powerful, Cormeum lets you track a wide range of symptoms, bundled into morning an evening routines, so you can track everything in one simple flow. If you want to see your history in detail, you can do so by going to the Trends screen, which is rich with data visualisation that gives you a better idea of how you are doing managing your condition.
