What was the challange?

Client needed onboarding on VWFS platform.
The aim was to give to employees the concept about VWFS organisation, structure, processes and products. In case of that all workers have the same knowledge. It is a great opportunity to have the same and the best customer service in one time.

How it works?
A new user enters the game where the idea is to overcoming the Virus of Ignorance and his entourage. In each level of onboarding user has to deal with challenges: watching animations, doing cases and passing the final test.

How we helped?
MUG has packed mechanism into the story. When you only watch animations and passes tests it could be boring. In story of Virus of Ignorance user can be a Superhero, so it is more interesting and exciting form of learning.
We have done: remarkable animations and short animated movie for almost 100 teaching materials. All of this and more we have programmed on onboarding module on the training platform.
