Hi's Desktop Operator was born with productivity differentials as simultaneous calls with the possibility of seeing several calls on the same screen. This product is part of a legacy system for more than 20 years. The challenge was to transform the legacy into a new and more stable system.
Connected with the need for companies to optimize the relationship with consumers and the much desired productivity for the attendants, for 3 years I was responsible for the evolution of the experience and Hi Omni Chat interface.
