The Challenge: Improve the experience in one of the BCP digital products
The Process: To comprehend the problems and issues with their app, I conducted brief e-interviews with friends and family. I also created a user flow, which enabled me to pinpoint the specific pain points and identify efficient solutions.
The Solution: Biometrics were incorporated to simplify the login process with fewer steps. Similarly, icons were repositioned based on their priority level. The account page was also optimized, allowing users to organize their credit/debit cards based on their frequency of use.
