UX Writing Challenge: Day 1

I felt it was beneficial to use an app clip as the initial contact (in addition to a sms message) considering airlines can't guarantee that everyone would have already downloaded their app. This allows the user to have benefits of the app without going through the hassle of downloading it during such a stressful moment.

With users such as my grandparents in mind, I added a button for those who may not be as tech savvy. By giving the option for someone to find a help desk, I felt it gave a personal touch; in addition to cutting off any initial frustration by feeling like the user doesn't have any control in the situation.
