Libra is the new crypto-currency created by Facebook and
supported by multiple huge companies like Uber and Spotify
Challenge
Researching this technology does not find a suitable client to
perform proof of concept in the blockchain.
Solution
A Libra client is created, OpenSource under MIT license that
connects to the test blockchain, we craft it using React and
.NET Core.
