well + pine is a health and wellness blog focused on training for and competing in endurance sports (swimming, cycling, running, triathlon). The business is based in New Hampshire, so themes of pine trees and mountains (or other natural elements) are welcome (not required, however). Content will be relevant to both beginner and experienced athletes of any gender, though the audience will likely lean feminine. The audience enjoys being outside, has goals that they're trying to achieve, and may be looking for inspiration or motivation .
