Onboarding illustrations

We have introduced illustrations and animations to see how this will affect customer engagement during the onboarding process. For me personally, illustrations and animations are one of the ways to to enhance usability, emotional and visual appeal of the interface. Illustrations and animation create visual triggers that can quickly translate the necessary message and can be a great form of storytelling.
