PROCON, It’s part of the Consumer Protection System of the city council of Porto Alegre/Brazil. Their job it’s to guarantee the consumer rights and protect them against possible abuses of retailers and companies. In order to expand the consumer denounces channel, delivering adequate experience for mobile users, we created an app with 3 main features:

• A 3 steps complaint area, where you can send your complaint to Procon within 30 seconds
• A Ranking with the most complaints companies of the city ( so you can make better decision in the moment of shopping ).
• A tip area, to be aware of your rights in the moment of your purchase.
