The rule that a line should be of 45-75 letters lengthg really helps!

I also experimented with a two-column layout; which probably will create some further layout challenges if the article body is long.

For the third variation where titles are small and body text is large, I had to use quite more negative space. Also found that indenting the titles a bit feels better for me...
