Creating a garage experience.

Client: Castrol

The project:
Design end-to-end consumer garage experience

Goal:
To allow garages to consistently provide great customer experiences which increases retention & customer satisfaction scores (CSS).

My role:
Take design lead and improve UX processes in the company.

What I did:
I defined UX goals and strategy. Audited and improved the current garage facing product, conducted user research, introduced design sprints, prototyped, tested and designed final UIs.

Results:
Successfully launched the MVP, got over 2000 garages signing up globally, I saw an increase in customer satisfaction by 80%, I helped secure £4.5m in funding.
