Strong & Well

Strong & Well is a new fitness/wellness podcast aimed towards females who strive to feel strong, healthy and whole both physically and mentally. The podcast features a mix of interviews, advice and conversations around the topics of healthy eating, fitness routines, personal development etc.

Business mission/goal: to be the go-to resource for women to feel supported in their journey to be active despite their busy lives.
Ideal customer/client: Females between 20 – 40 years old; middle to upper class.

The brand needed to exude confidence, strenght and encouragement, while feeling cool and sporty.
I opted for a retro/80s aesthetic that never goes out of style and gave me the opportunity to use bold neon colours to convey a confident sporty attitude; that also works really well for merchandise such as t-shirts, eco-friendly stainless steel bottles and yoga mats.
