An illustration based on the children's classic Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark: A woman dies and is buried with two coins weighing down each of her eyes (as per an old funerary custom) A grave digger steals the coins from her freshly dug grave and in the dead of night she returns to claim what is rightly hers. Throwback to an illustration assignment at Tyler School of Art.
