Chez Maman, San Francisco

A beautiful place I discovered in 2018 in San Francisco (Chez Maman, 401 Hayes SF).

Based on this picture, I started drawing on Illustrator.

But then I quickly realized my drawing was getting boring. Very geometrical. There was not poetry... I wanted to try something new. The design process was to draw as freely as possible, trying not to make everything pixel-perfect.

Those tiny (un)perfect chairs melted my heart. 💖
