SIMPLE flower dip for BEGINNERS ~ Acrylic pour painting ~ Step b
Valentines day is here, International Women's day will come soon too, so I decided to show you few acrylic pouring techniques how to paint a flower without a brush. I will use same colours with different paint layering in all those videos, that we can see a difference.
TECHNIQUE: Flower dip
PROCESS:
- Pour your base on plastic
- Drizzle some colours in circle shape
- Dip canvas in the paint
- Lift it
- And here is your flower
MATERIAL:
- 8x8 inch canvas
- Acrylic paints mixed with pouring medium
- Paper napkin or towel
- Wooden skewer
- Palete knife
- Torch
COLOURS:
- Amsterdam Oxide black for a background
- Arties colours cadmium red deep
- Arties colours alizarian crimson
- Decoart 24K gold
- Pearl white
My pearl white mixture:
1 part Vallejo pearl medium
1 part titanium white
2 parts pouring medium
All my paints are mixed with Boesner Guardi acrylic binder and acrylic emulsion.
