Valentine's Day

❤️ St. Valentine's day is coming, but despite this lovely holiday a lot of people from all around the world are being lonely. It doesn’t depend on age, gender, orientation, and nationality. Coronavirus is not the only pandemic that we have today. The epidemic of loneliness has been walking across the planet for many years and it is one of the reasons for the mental illness called depression.

If you have a partner to share this holiday it’s such a blessing, but if you don’t — please do not think there is something wrong with you. If you feel bad about it ask a therapist to help you to find your way to mental health.
