App Health Actions

Health engagement is all about ensuring users complete important health actions--getting a flu shot, completing their annual wellness visit, receiving important screenings at different life milestones, etc. This is part of an app experience I designed to empower the end user to:
* Know what they need to do.
* Understand how they can do it.
* Realize the importance of completing the action and what they stand to gain from doing it.
* Reduce missed appointments (this is a big problem in health care).
* Keep track of important health records.
* Access a quick and easy to use checklist they can bring with them to their appointment (another issue in health care is helping people understand what to ask their primary care provider).
