On Protoqual's dynamic, data-driven learning platform, users receive points and badges when they complete activities and skills. But the key to determining the platform’s success is when users send PX surveys to their patients, which they can do right through the platform. The idea is that the more activities the team completes, the healthier their patient experience score will be according to the surveys. Surveys are also used to determine in which skills users need the most work.
