Learning Platform

In 2020 we spent about 3 months working with Protoqual, a team of tech and healthcare experts who are improving medical outcomes by changing the way patient care education is delivered to professionals. Over the course of our Design Sprint and UX/UI process, and in collaboration with our partners at Nnido, we were able to create a learning platform that is now home to over 50 patient experience educational activities, all backed by Protoqual’s leading-edge analytics. Each of these activities make up the essential skills—from empathy to cultural competence—that healthcare professionals need to provide the best care possible.
