Healthy Bounty Cake
I've always liked recipes in pictures, so it's easier to keep them. Here's my first recipe illustration and save the cooking steps:
1. Boil the pumpkin, soften it with a blender and let it cool down.
2. Add eggs, oatmeal, cocoa, vanilla to a bowl of pumpkin and mix well. This is a portion of three layers of cake.
3. The cake should be baked well in a dry frying pan for 4-5 minutes on each side, gently turn it over with a plate.
4. Mix coconut cream and curd cheese for the cream, add Muscovado sugar to taste or any other sweetener.
5. Grease each cake with cream and trim it for a beautiful round shape. Cropped pieces can be added to the cream, so the cake will be higher.
6. Sprinkle coconut chips on top. leave in the fridge until solidify and try not to eat everything at once, it will be difficult😀
