Check out our new branding for Ikonic Homes, Ikonic is a property development company that takes on a range of sites from small to large developments, including refurbishments and new builds!

Ikonic approached UNBXD to create a new brand identity for them that reflects that incorporates their modern approach to home renovation.

“Ikonic Homes identity utilises the unique spelling of the word iconic (play on the phonics rule) and combines it with a perspective monogram subtly linking it to the construction industry. The monogram is used throughout the identity as a pattern that creates depth to the elements such as stationary. Colours used a once again linking to the construction/building industry. The use of yellow is quite common with heavy machinery and use of green emphasises the growth and stability. The combination of those two colours create a strong cohesive contrast” - Marcin M, Graphic Designer

Our work with Ikonic doesn’t stop here, our web team is hard at work building a responsive website with integrated CMS platform. We will also be hosting this new web portal on our @UNBXDHOST servers.
