Proto Serif Typeface

Proto Serif is a revised version of a typeface that was used in a Czech newspaper back in the 1990s.

It is a Didon hight contrast serif typeface with economical proportions and distinct vertical stress. It has thin serifs and distinctive terminals, and relatively large x-height which is great for display use and headlines. It consists of five weights from light to bold and italic, and supports the major western languages.
