Gaoming Red Pandas Logo and Branding

Logo and branding concept for an "Anji Play" kid's club in Gaoming, China. Anji play is an educational philosophy that focuses on creative discovery through free play with simple materials like tyres, planks of wood, barrels and other large items in an open environment. The play club in Gaoming were looking for a mascot logo featuring a happy and energetic Red Panda that would appeal to children and a design which could be used on t shirts, bags, caps, and other merchandise as well as signage and stationery. I started the logo design process by sketching characters based on popular children's cartoons in China, before refining the final design.
