Design x Voice

Hiya! Here's a shot of the work I'm putting together for how to design for voice.

Voice agents are fun to design and animate because of how highly expressive they are. What's important to know is that every design decision made is a reflection of the Voice Agent’s actual “intelligence” - which means that overbearing the screen with text or visual elements actually make the UI of voice agents appear less smart.

A lot of designers run into this problem when clients ask for their Voice UI to start out with specific copy or prompts. As Voice Agents and their capabilities continue to grow, we should also evolve the design to match the level of understanding of the full human language.
