My approach. Performed Secondary research regarding the UX/UI industry and current trends. Conducted a competitor analysis with local and international UX/UI consultancies. Created personas. Implemented an updated digital style guide. Designed wireframes and hi-fidelity layouts. Performed usability testing with the initial hi-fidelity layouts.
