Golden West brand refresh

Located on “The Ave” in Hampden Baltimore, Golden West Cafe is a funky roadhouse offering New Mexican dishes & eclectic comfort grub in unpretentious vegan food.

I was asked to create a new wordmark that was being applied to tee shirts and coffee mugs. The goal was to channel a funky, fun, and playful script that was influenced by 1950s-1970s scripts and southwest nature vibes. The design also incorporated the restaurant’s hashtag and motto of “Something For Everyone”.
