Tula pryanik

This sweet motivation is brought to you by Tula pryanik, which is, according to Wikipedia, a type of Russian traditional baked goods.

Pryaniks are made from flour, honey and spices. These thin cakes have stamped images and typography on top. It has a shiny surface because it’s covered with sugar syrup. Filling is either condensed milk (sometimes with walnuts) or jam. Yum! Better to try in Tula.
