User Journey Management

We have been doing something unusual at Viu.
We are building an internal tool, christened UJM, User Journey Management Tool’ to target our different segment of users.

This tool will help customize user journeys based on different business logics and policies by targeting varied segments of users to provide and cater to their specific needs.

Had fun doing Information Architecture and user flows for this one.
