Indiana Pacers

Adjusted some things on the original version. Increased size of the ball and used a two-color design, added angled (staggered) cuts on speed lines, moved the star down to the city location, simplified the outer state shape, and threw in a checkered flag for good measure. I also introduced silver from their current system.
