Burnt Umber Brasserie Custom Logo Design

First of all, a huge thank you to Djurdjica Selec https://djuro.art for putting me together with the incredible Burnt Umber family. They are located in the heart of Hackney Wick in London and they were in the process of opening up a brasserie & deli there. Djuro was in charge of the mural that was planned for the interiors and they were looking for someone to work on the logo. Needless to say, I jumped at the opportunity.

We started the project together and talked a lot with the family about their needs. We wanted the brand and the mural to feel cohesive so there was a lot of collaboration between us in the early stages. As a freelancer, I don’t often get a chance to share my thoughts and ideas with someone other than the client and I have to say it was an incredibly enjoyable experience.

There is so much more to tell about this project and I’m still working on the case study which will hopefully be ready soon.
