White Sands National Park Badge

Located in Southern New Mexico, just a few miles outsides of Las Cruces, sits a giant field of stark white sand dunes. White Sands is one of the newest National Parks. It was formally established as a park in 2019 along with 2 other monuments.

I had a chance to visit the dunes in 2015. The landscape is breathtaking and the pure white sand is super unique. I wanted to capture a full moon night scene where the white dunes stand out against the dark desert sky.
