Robbery Claims Web - La Caja

Along with Wolox, the technical team of La Caja could adjust and improve the design and usability of their app. The teamwork was key to validate each proposition, leading to feasible designs and aligned to the CRM and La Caja requirements.

Wolox's work included 10 functionalities designs, including Sinister Reports, Quotation, Services Contracting, Appointment Schedule, and Car inspection 100% online, among others.

Sinister Reports took several hours of meetings with different areas of La Caja such as the legal area and sales. The challenge was to create a simple experience for the user in a situation of an incident.
