RIP to a legend, a real life supervillain and my personal GOAT.

MF DOOM (all caps, please) has been my favorite rapper since I was around 13 years old. I first discovered his music via Adult Swim and immediately loved him. There was nobody else like him. There still isn’t. He based his entire post-KMD career off of a concept and rarely diverged from that. He was fascinating. The man was so dedicated to his supervillain persona, he sent DOOM stand-ins to perform in his place! Which from a music fan standpoint, was extremely frustrating. BUT from an artistic standpoint was incredible. Best of all, DOOM could rap absolute circles around nearly anybody. I’ll miss him forever.
