Meditalk healthcare app

Meditalk is a virtual healthcare app I developed to help users connect with the right healthcare expert at a moments notice.
User Research - conducted 4 User Interviews and 2 Competitive Analysis to identify the user pain points.
Created 2 User Personas along with the User Journey Mapping and Affinity Mapping.
Applied the research to my design creating User Flows, Site Maps, Paper Sketches and mid to high Fidelity Prototypes.
Conducted 6 Usability Tests to identify usability issues and improve the app's design and functionality.
Redesigned some of the features and finalized the prototype for further usability testing.
