Qilin (logo design)

This logo was design for a kung fu group.

Concept: The inspiration came from the qilin itself, a legendary animal from the chinese culture that resembles sometimes a lion, sometimes a unicorn or even a dragon. The qilin only appear when someone wise or a leader is about to rise. That represents the kung fu's late master, a person who was very important for this group.

Design: It's eyes, nose and between form a chinese knot to symbolize a knot between this group people how train kung fu together.

The color red represents strengh, passion and persistence.
