Full of Emotions
It's okay to feel every single emotion because that's what makes us human. If you feel sad and hopeless, cry it out. If you feel angry or disappointed, acknowledge it and canalize that anger in a healthy way (just don't hit walls or throw shit... that doesn't help at all). If you feel happy, don't hide it. Share that happiness with others, feel proud of that moment. If you feel exhausted or uninspired, it's okay, we all been thru it and just have some rest. You deserve that too. If you feel fear, insecure or triggered by something. Acknowledge what is causing that, let it sit next to you, listen to it, and then let it go. Feeling and experiencing all of our emotions is what makes us who we are. Don't try to run away from any feeling and don't hold back on any sense of weakness, because that experience is what makes us bigger, wiser and stronger.
