Home Depot - Redesign Concept
Was asked to reimagine the mobile app experience. I focused on bringing "specialists" directly to the customer. This allowed the "specialist" to work directly with and make suggestions to the customer on their project remotely.
This would give a more personal feeling to the overall interaction, with the "specialist" even being able to add to the customers' cart and assist them in the checkout if needed and scheduling delivery or larger items.
