A closer look at a couple sections of the patient-facing website we did for a medical technologies company.
We wanted to present the product in a way that connected with patients emotionally while still being backed by research and facts. This approach is particularly demonstrated in the section for patient stories (including a form for patients to be able to submit their own story) as well as a section for articles and clinical research that supports patient claims.
While patients are the primary audience, there’s also relevant information for providers who’d like to learn more about the product or who already use it, and they can submit their information to be featured in the “find a surgeon” section of the site.
