Halifax burgers are named after places in the world… Nakskov, Liverpool, Tokyo, Copenhagen, Lone Star, Biarritz, Palermo, Kreta, Zurich, Zihuatanejo…. So Paulina Rycerz and I decided to give the burgers some personality ;)
