I have shared with you some shots from this admin panel recently. As I mentioned, our team had to deliver the system in short term. We faced a challenge to sync the functionality of the admin panel with Stripe – a service that provides online payment processing for internet businesses. Which meant some restrictions for us.

Here you can see several screens from the flow of new organization creation. Within this flow, super admins will be able to manage custom contracts with teams who are willing to use the Renaizant Application. As a result, a new organization with specific billing terms is set up, and all the invoices are generated automatically.

We separated masses of data into logical groups so that it would be easier to fill out the forms and set up payment conditions. Each section is validated independently of others and their status is shown on a progress bar on the left side which makes correcting errors (if any) clearer and smoother. All the key info is duplicated in summary form so that users will have a quick overview of the most important data (payment + contract length).
