Landing Page for The Every Day Calendar
Hey guys!
I'm super excited to present the first project I've been working on here at Zajno! This is a landing page design I made inspired by the Every Day Calendar, a motivational product that acts like a personal gold star system for your habits. I loved the idea and the product's design and decided to magic up a website for it to stretch my own design muscles.
Goals
Simone Giertz, the creator of the calendar, tasked herself to make a convenient and beautiful product. I decided to stick to the same vector with the website design. My goal was to make a slick landing page that would emphasize the main benefits and key features of the product in the most visually appealing way.
My other goal was to highlight how much people can benefit from using the calendar and therefore developing good habits. To do that, I created a special block with a list of common problems (e.g. insomnia, stress, vision problems, time management etc.) where website visitor may choose a solution to each problem in the form of a habit that they can acquire with the help of the calendar and, in this way, improve their life.
Approach
To serve the website with tastier visuals, we made snazzy 3D models of the calendar identical to the real product, showing its detailed structure. In terms of colors, I went for alternating light and dark blocks with yellow being the accent color that represents the calendar's main elements. I experimented with the layout and chose a dynamic grid to make the site visito'r journey less monotonous and more exciting.
Result We ended up with a vibrant, informative and user-friendly landing page that appeals to the target audience by showcasing the product's main benefits and advantages in a slick and elegant way.
