Customers will have the option to donate or trade garments as well as the additional option to purchase items if they do not wish to trade. At the donation desk, customers will receive a ' Wardrobe Tales' card to write their memories about the item they are donating. This card becomes the label that hangs on the drawer along with a polaroid image. The polaroids show a memorable section of the garments and are taken by the donators
