Daily UI 003 Redesigned Landing Page

Due to Covid-19 pandemic, local food store is heavily impacted and online shopping has became increasingly important. Thus in this exercise I'd like to help a local pastry shop to redesign their website and improve their online shopping experience.

Previous website evaluation:
- Not utilizing full width, look like a poster, lack of information hierarchy
- Image selection and style feels out of date
- Current website is basically a menu and gallery with no shopping function

Redesign considerations:
- Hierarchy: Simplify information by focusing on customers’ goals
- Rebrand: Improve site style and image (their Instagram photos were so much better!)
- Conversion: Add online shopping feature to boost their business
