Job assignment kanban board

We wanted to give a user the ability to assign work in the context of a small internal team inside our web app. I designed this kanban to accommodate that.

Team members often have diverse skillsets. e.g. copywriting, design and front end development.

This screen also gives the manager the ability to assess what team members have going on (at a glance) before assigning work.
