Trell Technologies "branding"

This is one of my first attempts at branding.

We were using a pure text logo for the first two years as a company. I was up one night preparing a presentation for a large project when I decided that I had to add a little something to it.

I spent a couple of hours in Inkscape's axonometric grid mode playing with variations of the letter 'T' when I came up with this shape. I also converted the text to paths and did some naive kerning by eye and created a ligature to make it feel a bit less stock.

Been using the same technique to create some random patterns and figures that we use as icons, illustrations etc.

It's a bit meh. We've grown from 3 to 30 developers since. It is high time we contacted a professional :)
