Creating/Editing a Course

Not trying to reinvent Moodle or Blackboard here, so the options are pretty basic. I have the commerce portion turned off, but if it were on you can set prices for each course, or for a track.

You can also do memberships. All using Stripe, because its majesty makes me giggle.
