2021 Portfolio Redesign Concept

What a better way to kick off 2021 than with a portfolio redesign.

The approach for this initial concept design is to have the work stand out, not the portfolio. The challenge I am working through is to find the balance where it is not overly simplified or too flashy. I will keep experimenting with different layouts and colors to see what else comes out of it.

The main goal for this redesign is to target companies that have a design team in place or is looking to build one. A company that encourages growth from within, teammates that love what they do.

I am currently, working at a start-up where I’m the only designer. The team is great, but to be honest, I miss collaborating with other designers.
