Wardenclyffe - Web Platform

Once a person has submitted a report of a luminary using the "Wardenclyffe - Mobile App", the administrator will receive it in their web platform, so they can follow it up.

This platform has to main functionalities:
- Administrate the different user profiles.
They can add, delete or modify the information of any user.
- Administrate the incoming reports.
They can change the report status and assign and leave comments to the operator that will check-on the problem.
Also they can download on pdf the different luminary reports and create new one's in case the user's report was through the call center.
