Sometimes I don't feel like designing! Sometimes I feel there is a creative block and I can't design. But is that even real? Even when I feel I don't want to design or not in my zone, I choose to sit in front of my laptop and Design! No matter how good or bad it is, I have to do it! That's what professionals do. They do their work irrespective of the mood. Next time when you feel you are not in the zone, just sit and do your job, Don't let the fear of perfection kill your creativity.
